| Laboratory was established in 2010 on the initiative of the Department of Microelectronic Systems Head, professor Stanisław Szczepański. From the very beginning of its existence, it was used intensively in the didactic process (diploma thesis, group and engineer projects) and research work carried out at the Department. Due to high interest, in January and February 2011 the laboratory was upgraded and access to it was facilitated. The lab is equipped with advanced measuring and power supply appliances, PCs with CAD software and soldering stations. The exact list of available equipment is listed in the next link.
